I recently went back to Accra to see what has become Monday Groove. To my surprise, it has evolved into something big. Monday Groove now features live band led by the Freedom Band. They play beautiful reggae and highlife tunes. 

If you are in Accra on a Monday between 6-8pm and you want a place to relax, head towards Freedom Centre/Insight Newspaper.
